What Search Momentum is

Search Momentum is a scheduling tool used by executive search firms to coordinate interview availability between candidates and interview panels.

What data we collect from participants

Your name and email address (provided by the search coordinator)
Your availability windows — the time slots you mark as free or busy
Your calendar feed URL — only if you choose to connect your calendar

What we explicitly do NOT do

We do not connect to your email inbox
We do not access your calendar without your explicit opt-in
We do not store calendar event titles or descriptions
We do not share your data with third parties
We do not require you to create an account

Where your data lives

Supabase — database (SOC 2 Type 2 certified)
Vercel — application hosting (SOC 2 Type 2 certified)
Resend — transactional email delivery (GDPR compliant)

How your data is protected

TLS encryption for all data in transit
Token-expiring participant links — links expire after 7 days
Row-level security — database access scoped per search
No passwords required — participants use unique, time-limited links

How to request deletion

Email privacy@searchmomentum.com.au at any time to request deletion of your data. Participant data is automatically deleted 90 days after a search closes.
